Check-in & check-out
Check-in opens at 14:00 and check-out runs to 12:00, per the hotel’s published policy. The front desk is staffed 24 hours; if you will arrive after midnight, call a day ahead so the night team expects you. Early check-in and late check-out are granted subject to availability, and free luggage storage keeps the last sightseeing morning fully usable either way. Deep-winter arrivals: allow extra road time from the airport.
Deposits, payment & invoices
A refundable deposit of ¥300 per room is taken at check-in (cash or card) and returned to the original payment method on check-out. Rates booked through Trip.com are confirmed at booking; payment follows your rate’s conditions, with free-cancellation options on most categories. China uses the yuan (CNY); Alipay and WeChat Pay — both now accept foreign cards — cover taxis, tickets and meals. VAT invoices (fapiao) are issued at the desk on check-out — ask when you arrive.
Children & families
Children of all ages are welcome. Under-17s stay free on existing beds; breakfast is free for children under 1.4 m (¥48 per adult otherwise). The five-person themed family rooms and the duplex LOFT suite carry real beds for the household — and note the house rule: no extra beds can be added in any room type, so plan bed counts before booking. Baby cots go by prior arrangement — contact the hotel. Pets are not permitted, with service animals welcomed by prior notice; rooms are not available for parties, weddings or commercial shoots.

The hotel is reachable by metro (Shanghai Street, Lines 2 & 3 — 370 m), rail (Harbin Station 4.7 km, Harbin West 9 km) and air (Taiping Airport 36.9 km). Parking is free for guests in the private car park at the door — limited spaces, first come first served, no reservation. Paid transfers: airport about ¥300, railway stations about ¥180 — arrange through the desk in advance, especially for winter arrivals.
